~a love note from your Inner Wisdom

Dear One,
I am writing to remind you of things you already know. Self-pity is self-sabotage. Your life is too precious to waste your time thinking about what you don’t want or feeling sorry for yourself. Offer yourself compassion and validate your feelings, then let go.
If you catch yourself in the act of ruminating about your circumstances, get up and change the scene. Engage your senses. Take a brief walk or stretch break. Prepare a fragrant cup of tea or coffee. Diffuse essential oil or burn incense. Listen to uplifting music or a motivational message. Read an inspirational book. Create with your hands. Write, play music, build, cook, or garden. Watch a feel-good movie. Find your freedom within your circumstances.
Every moment of your life is an investment in the next moment. When you are truly present to the beauty of here and now, offering gratitude for the little things, and allowing your mind to be captivated by the wonder of it all, you rest in your essential nature — Love.
Remember, this moment is an opportunity to connect to Love and so to live into the fullness of who you are.
As always, do what best awakens you to Love, Your Inner Wisdom
