Dear One,
I am writing to remind you of things you already know. Acknowledgment is the doorway to possibilities; it is not giving in, but an emergence out of denial.
Tribulation is an integral part of living in the world. It is a fantasy to think that life won’t be hard, at times, or to wish that you had someone else’s life (which seems easier looking in from the outside). No one gets to choose the hardships that come their way, and difficulties are not punishments.
Each morning you are dealt a hand to play, and it is new every day. This hand gives you the opportunity to show up as the highest version of yourself, to stand in your authenticity, and to practice love, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness.
Your life is not a product, but a process. Embrace the hand you are dealt today, and let go of all your shoulds and should not's. This is your life in this moment. How do you want to show up? What does this moment want to be?
Remember, this moment is an opportunity to connect to Love, and therefore, to live into the fullness of who you are.
