Saturating Love
Love is raining,
like a marching band on the tin roof,
a lively parade of exultant bliss.
It is a Saturating Love,
nourishing and cleansing,
generously requiring nothing in return.
Yet the plants and the trees will respond in kind
when Love has done the work of renewal.
There will be blossoms and greening,
displays quite audacious,
spreading Love in joyful exuberance.
And my own fertile heart
will bloom in appreciation
for Love giving Life
giving Love.
