Your life then becomes about attack and defense instead of being about love, appreciation, and growing closer in relationships. You miss the miraculous wonder and beauty of it all when you live in your head.
Allow yourself to be fully present now. This moment offers the possibility to fully engage with life as a friend to all beings (including yourself), extending a hospitable heart and an open mind. Today is your chance to full-out love everyone and to spread hope and good cheer. Don’t let your should's and should not’s get in the way of a charitable heart.
Remember, this moment is an opportunity to connect to Love, and therefore, to live into the fullness of who you are.
