Dear One,
I am writing to remind you of things you already know. Every day offers an invitation to walk in the way of Love. The way of Love is the path of service. This path is not one that you need to seek out. Rather, it is the one that is laid out before you in your own home, starting with those whom you encounter every day.
Service is a gift that you give to yourself. The great conundrum of the universe is that it is in giving that you receive. As you pour out your cup daily in the service of others, it is continually re-filled when you connect or reconnect with the Love within you.
Service is the avenue to joy--the joy of self-giving. Open your eyes today and see the people in your life in the context of service. How might you make their day better? Then open your ears to hear the passing news of someone who is suffering but is not in your usual circle. This news is an invitation for you to perform a little act of kindness. A small gesture lets someone know that they are seen, that they matter. Being of service lets you know that you matter, too.
Remember, this moment is an opportunity to connect to Love and so to live into the fullness of who you are.
