Dear One,

I am writing to remind you of things you already know. You have a choice in how you show up today. You can honor the promptings of Love within you, or you can resist Love’s invitation. What are your priorities? What ideals do you serve?

Fear, emotional or physical pain, and feelings of overwhelm are compelling distractions that can captivate your attention and make you forget what is most important to you. Daily practices that remind you of your values can assist you in re-establishing your priorities and embodying your truth.

Here you are in this moment. Right now is the occasion to open your heart and release resistance. The birth of something beautiful awaits your “Yes.”

Remember, this moment is an opportunity to connect to Love, and therefore, to live into the fullness of who you are.
