The Ocean of Being

is not created from autonomous drops, and

the Body of Being

is not made up of self-sustaining cells.

An autonomous, self-sustaining self

is an illusion.

The Whole of Being

cannot be divided because it is no-thing at all.

Let not your insubstantiality invoke fear.

Take comfort, instead, in your interdependent, interbeing.

Being—Non-being—Becoming

Affirming—Denying—Reconciling

Unity—Duality—Integration

Being is a Process,

not a product;

a Verb, not a noun.

Love is the energy that motivates Creation.

Let go of your pride

in what does not exist.

There is nothing to defend.

Go with the Flow.
